Transport of Products in Box

AirBed® provides you with maximum protection when you transport your fragile items in boxes.

This is mostly preferred by food and beverage sectors. You can ship any desired quantities of items in boxes by using Airbed® that can be produced according to the sizes of your boxes. It will be sufficient that you share with us your box sample and product characteristics for Airbed® that can be produced according to the sizes of your boxes.

Furniture

Airbed®, which you can use for packing and shipping your furniture, is a product in a sheet form with column diameter of 40mm and 60mm.

You can obtain Airbed® as roll in order to ship your furniture with very sensitive surface in a safe way. You can cut the roll in any sizes that you need, and inflate it with mini compressor easily and ensure maximum protection. You can also obtain Airbed® in pre-sized sheets for your furnitures.

Transportation

Airbed®, which has 60 mm column size can be used as an air cushion during your palletized consignments, provides maximum protection against possible impacts and crashes during shipment.

This is mostly used in container shipments. You can get Airbed® in the form of roll, cut it according to your pallet size and then inflate and use it. As the columns are independent of each other; if the air of one column gets deflated, it does not affect the whole protection.

Electronic

You can use it for the packing and shipping of your electronic items and increase protection ratio of your items with optimum protection.

Your choice of Airbed products that are manufactured with column diameters 20 – 30 – 40 and 60 mm will determine your protection ratio. As the thickness of air cushion that wraps the item rises when the column diameter increases, your items will be protected much better.

It will be sufficient for us to determine the optimum column size and prepare the most appropriate sample for you, if you provide us your product to be packed.
